Our stay at this hotel was luxurious! the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities like a private balcony overlooking the indoor swimming pool. the Spa center provided excellent service and we enjoyed a relaxing massage and sauna.
There was only one minor issue during our stay; the staff at the restaurant was a bit slow despite being not too busy.

Great facility with many amenities, including a fantastic fitness club and pool. Location is very convenient, with weekend rates cheaper than midweek. Rooms are clean and well-appointed, and staff is generally polite and efficient.
The staff was unhelpful and unapologetic, leading me to book elsewhere and no longer recommend this hotel to others.

Big sports center & beautiful scenery
My city break was wonderful. The hotel had a huge sports center which was great with indoor & outdoor tennis and basketball courts. The indoor Olympic-sized pool was perfect for laps. I also enjoyed the beautiful scenery outside the hotel. It was a great location with easy access to nearby businesses and restaurants.
The hotel's reception was rude to us. I didn't like the outdated rooms which were a bit dark and musty. The soundproofing was seemingly non-existent, making sleep impossible. The hotel had very few amenities, too, which was a disappointment. The bathroom was average, with no memorable features. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable city break.

This hotel is a luxury retreat, with exquisite decor and exclusive amenities that cater to the most discerning travelers. the spa and wellness center is a haven of relaxation, and the private facilities are top, notch. the indoor swimming pool and sauna provide the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offer a fine, dining experience that is second, to, none. the service is exceptional, with staff always ready to go above and beyond to fulfill any request, ensuring a memorable experience.
Given the luxurious nature of this hotel, one would expect such a basic feature to be available in the room.
